Ever fancied yourself as a chocolate connoisseur? Learn how to make it, on a chocolate workshop where you and a friend can discover the great art of chocolate making, including how to make fresh cream truffles and how to correctly cool down molten organic chocolate. Both then put your knowledge to the test by creating handmade pieces of organic chocolate, decorating them with a range of ingredients including coconut, white chocolate shavings and edible stars and hearts. Take home around 15 - 20 pieces of your chocolate to share with others (or keep all to yourself).
