Plymouth Pavilions is firmly established as the regional centre of excellence for corporate events. Our highly flexible, multi-purpose Arena and Break Out Space can cater for all types of activity;

The Corporate Events Team is responsible for all private hire events and takes great pride in providing a first class and highly professional service from the early planning stages of your event, right through to its conclusion and follow up.
Your dedicated Event Coordinator will work with you to ensure that your event is a success and will maintain a relationship with you to guarantee future events improve and grow, year on year.
THE ARENA - The Arena at Plymouth Pavilions can accommodate events in any number of formats from fully seated with capacities of up to 2,500, banquets for up to 800, or 1800m of exhibition space (with a further 750m available on the floor of the ice rink).

BREAK OUT SPACE - Plymouth Pavilions' Meeting Room Suite offers a highly flexible, air-conditioned break out space to runa alongside our Arena Hire, with a maximum capacity of up to 200 delegates.
It is comprised of four rooms that can be used individually or as a larger space with the partitions removed. We also have Footsteps, a self contained room in our Leisure Department with its own toilet facilities and catering area.
All of our meeting rooms are fully accessible with floor to ceiling windows that create the perfect business environment. Within the hire you will also be allocated two free parking spaces per room.
