Enjoy a fishing adventure in one of the most beautiful rural areas of England and Europe's largest fishing lake. In a fully-equipped lakeside fishing cabin, learn all about the fishing tackle, the flies used, what, when and how to fish them, how to read the water and how to cast a fly. Then put the coaching into practise and fly fish for trout from the lakeside bank. Rules permit fishers to take a maximum of two fish home (prepared and packed). The award-winning Rutland Water has approximately 26 miles of shoreline, covering 3,500 acres and is Europe's premier and largest trout fishing lake, where the trout are not too easy to catch but the quality of the fish is world-class.
