Spend a few hours at one of London's coolest and newest breweries - London Beer Lab under the railway arches of Brixton. The head brewer picks four unique recipes (from American and English Pale Ales, Belgian style Triel, Black IPA, Stout, Golden Ale and Wheat Beers) and guides you through the process of brewing. Throughout the session, sample different craft beers and tasty ales - it tastes better when you know where it came from! Once the beer has been brewed, choose to take home eight bottles (worth up to £25) from the brewery shop, or pop back in two weeks to collect 12 bottles of the beer you actually made on the day.
