Wellington School is an independent school which has a range of facilities suitable for a variety of events.  Our versatile rooms can accommodate large concerts for up to 220 people or formal dinners for up to 150 guests, we have small private meeting rooms or large venues that can hold a trade fair for up to 900 people.  We are well placed with easy access from the M5 motorway and ample parking which makes accessibility to our venues straightforward and convenient.

Our experienced team of professionals are well used to facilitating and catering for large and small events and will be happy to discuss your needs and budget.  We are restricted to bookings outside of School hours and for large events we will usually only take bookings within our School holidays.

Birthdays, Weddings, Engagement and Anniversaries Parties and Celebrations

Whether you are looking for a formal sit down meal or a more simple buffet arrangement we can cater for a range of needs.  Our most popular venues for Celebrations would be Great Hall or the ARC and we are happy to discuss the most appropriate depending on your requirements.  Our Prep School Hall is particularly suited for children’s birthday parties.  We have annual Christmas Party nights which are very popular and Great Hall is available for exclusive use in the run up to Christmas for larger groups.

Conferences, Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Fashion Shows and Sales

The ARC and Sports Complex have between them 1,500m2 of space to hold exhibitions, conferences and fairs, with flexible room layout and a number of separate breakout rooms.  The Prep School Hall is suitable for fashion shows, public meetings or fairs and sales.

Meeting Spaces

We have an abundance of classrooms, a boardroom and meeting spaces for all needs available outside of term time.
