The course is led by Rosemary Shrager herself and introduces some signature recipes and dishes. Choose from foolproof French, Italian or British cookery masterclasses. After tea or coffee with Rosemary on Saturday, work in small groups to cook in state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, using local produce and learning new techniques.
