Step into the shoes of a brewer for the day at Highbury's Brewhouse and Kitchen. Start with breakfast, then learn about beer brewing from the resident head brewer. Next, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in at the micro-brewery with tasks such as mashing in, boiling and adding hops, adding yeast and more. Sit down to a pub lunch just a few minutes' walk from Arsenal's famous Emirates ground, and taste a mouthwatering selection of Brewhouse's very best beers (each of which has their own back story), including the Highbury exclusive No Fly Zone (named after Dennis Bergkamp, Arsenal's non flying Dutchman). End with a Q and A session and collect a five litre keg of beer each to take home and share with fellow beer aficionados
