Join chef Giancarlo Caldesi (when available) in a celebration of Tuscan cuisine at La Cucina Caldesi, and learn how to prepare some traditional Tuscan main courses, such as 'the hunter's catch' roast or his signature Tuscan lasagne with an array of seasonal 'contorni' (side dishes). After meeting the chef and fellow students over coffee and biscotti, the menu is introduced. Then it's time to cook! The ingredients for each recipe are laid out ready to use, and the flexible format of the class provides plenty of opportunity to get involved.
