Looking at our hotel we aren’t quite what you’d expect to see on Eastbourne Seafront , but we offer something that other hotels don’t.

When you stay beside the sea, isn’t it great to have a balcony, your own private little space, where you can just kick back and relax and look out at the view. Well, that’s what sets us apart. We’re the only hotel on the seafront that can offer that from every one of the rooms on the front of our hotel, it’s true!

Our bar area has a beautiful terrace area where, on a sunny day, we put up the parasols and you can sit and watch the world go by with a tall glass of something cold and delicious.

Restaurant

Our restaurant serves an eclectic mix of modern and traditional dishes. Private dining is also available if you are looking for a more intimate setting for your group, we can arrange this for parties of 10 or more, just ask.

Children are welcome and we have a special menu just for them, and some activity sheets to keep them busy.

Within the team we have years of experience in creating, organising and managing events.

Birthdays, weddings, celebrations, product launches, press conferences, private dinners, you name it we have successfully created events of which we are very proud.

Our event space within the hotel is quite unique, no other venue can offer a panoramic view out over the seafront through floor to ceiling windows, with balcony access too.
