It’s fair to say there is a poetic air surrounding this particular pub, which is situated in the midst of the newly renovated and bustling terminus of St Pancras International Station. Being constantly surrounded by people from ‘the Continent’ we just can’t resist putting on a real good ale festival from time to time to show off what we Brits do so well.

If a meal is what you’re after we have a dining room to suit your needs, the Head Chef has cooked up a delicious mix of traditional British favourites and new dishes all served up with the freshest ingredients. Wash it down with a glass of something smooth from our wine list, selected by our very own Master of Wine or choose amongst the wide range of spirits, juices and more available if ales and cider don’t tickle your fancy.

Our refreshed bright room has moved location in our recent refurbishment. This high-ceilinged contemporary room has lots of natural daylight; ideal for meetings, sports screenings, canapés parties and long lazy lunches.

 

THE POETS’ CORNER

In honour of our name sake this raised platform can be booked out as a semi-private dining or drinks area.

 

THE PANTRY

A big and bright room with wonderful sunlight in the mornings and is perfect for champagne breakfasts, drinks dos and gastronomic feasts.

 

THE MAIN DINING ROOM

This is a really grand room with a real sense of occasion – if you’ve a big birthday to celebrate and enough friends and relations we’d definitely recommend this! There’s also a vintage piano (and dashing pianist) to provide the entertainment.

 

GRAND TERRACE

Our terrace, with its own bar and lying under the great arching roof of St. Pancras International station is an awe inspiring place to celebrate or gather whatever the weather. For the railway buff there are fantastic views of the Eurostar trains to boot!
