Children can start karting as young as 4 yrs old on our Racing Rascals on their own track specially designed for under 12’s. For 7-11 year olds they can progress to our electric Cadet Karts, which are somewhat faster but still very safe. At the age of 12+ they can experience our Petrol Karts, which are also fantastic fun for adults. The senior track features 3 Hi-Speed Banking Corners and tarmac surface making a fast and challenging track.

We also have a multi-level Darklight Lasertag Arena, which has cool UV artwork and lighting effects. The lasertag arena is great for all ages from 6 yrs to adults. Players not only compete against each other, but will have to battle against the arena itself with terminators and other features, which will be out to get you. We also have the benefit of running team games. Our lasertag arena is one of the few arenas which is great fun for adults and an ideal activity for parties as we can select more advanced games than we use for children and use the very best lasertag equipment that money can buy.

Packages are also available to incorporate lasertag+karting +food+drinks and can be tailored to your requirements. We have plenty of free car parking and are very easy to find close to Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet.

JDR Karting offers a unique opportunity to learn to ride the top of the range Ninebot Elite indoors at our arena so no matter what the weather you are sure to have a great time.

Ninebot is an amazing personal transporter. You drive and control it with your body's balance, just lean forward and backward to control acceleration and deceleration. To move left and right simply move the handle bar accordingly. The Ninebot senses the rider's posture and remains balanced. New riders should be able to learn the basics within 3 minutes or so.
