Conference Aston is Birmingham’s largest dedicated residential conference centre, located in the heart of the city and within easy access of all major transport links. At Conference Aston, we pride ourselves in the flexibility of our approach to the service we provide. We can provide bespoke solutions to your conferencing requirements, with full meeting, catering and accommodation packages within the Conference Centre or a combination of these with other offerings from the Conference Aston portfolio.

We are incredibly excited to be opening Birmingham’s newest meeting venue in November 2013 with a stunning array of contemporary meeting rooms, spacious exhibition suites and impressive banqueting space which embrace the grand, art deco styling of one of the largest freestanding brick buildings in Europe.

Birmingham’s largest residential conference centre will also undergo a considerable refurbishment this year with spectacular bedroom upgrades and the expansion and transformation of the existing Courtyard Restaurant, Lounge and Bar.

Functions and Banqueting

Our banqueting space is currently host to over 50 members of our construction team who are radically transforming the previous restaurant into a stunning 450 seat private dining space.

Opening fully at the beginning, just in time for Christmas, the new space will be an incredible place for banqueting, private dinners and formal affairs, from 40 to 450!

With over 20 years experience in running events, the Conference Aston team can use their knowledge and expertise to help you create a fun packed and memorable night of celebrations.

From small, intimate celebrations for 30 people, up to absolutely stunning corporate parties for 450, a suite of private dining areas give you the ultimate in choice, with carefully prepared menus by our team of skilled banqueting chefs.

Conference Aston Hotel offers 162 ensuite bedrooms from our simply furnished Classic rooms to our luxurious Superior rooms with all the in-room facilities you would expect from a business hotel.

By contrast, from July to mid September, Conference Aston offers an additional 600 ensuite single rooms utilising the Aston Student Village Residences which are ideally suited for large groups and campus conferences where budget is key to sucessful events.
