Master the art of great cocktail making and delve into the process of spirit production, with a cocktail masterclass and exclusive behind-the-scenes insight into the goings on of a working distillery. Hosted at West London's Bimber Distillery, guests are welcomed with a guided tour, learning about the ingredients, equipment and processes that go into producing the fine spirits. Once familiarised with the practice, an experienced bartender will be on hand to demonstrate and guide the group through how to make three classic cocktails, selected from a list including a Martini, Old Fashioned, Bramble, Julep and Manhattan. Finish off with the opportunity to sample some of the award-winning vodka and gin, distilled on site
