We have an extensive program of events here at the British Motor Museum, many of which are our own events but for others we provide the venue and infrastructure, leaving the organisers to then run their own event. Using the British Motor Museum for your own event



The British Motor Museum is a dedicated conference, exhibition & event venue, as well as home to the largest collection of historic British cars in the world. Purpose built to eliminate compromise; it provides a unique, modern environment, with flexible service that is driven by your requirements.



Conveniently located off junction 12 of the M40 in Warwickshire, the Centre offers over 24 stylish meeting rooms, internal and external exhibition space and is licensed for 5000 people on site - the British Motor Museum provides flexible solutions for all events, exhibitions and displays.

Please note that there is limited availability for event & conference space in 2017 due to building works



For outdoor events



Centrally located, with free parking for 1600+ cars, the centre is set in 65 acres of landscaped grounds just 2 minutes off junction 12 of the M40. Our two arenas offer over 9,700sqm of hard standing event space, ideal for holding product launches and exhibitions. The surrounding grass areas, both flat and sloping, can add an extra dimension for displaying and testing products and are ideal for marquees to house your delegates. The site can be hired for exclusive use and there is also the opportunity for corporate branding over the entire site including flag poles and banner sites. We can offer full event support from equipment hire to staffing and catering.



Social Events & Dining



Treat your guests to the unique opportunity of reception drinks in our spectacular museum, where they can wander amongst our stunning collection of historic and contemporary cars, before making their way to dinner. Dining for up to 250 guests is in our roof top the Kestrel Suite, with stunning views over the Warwickshire Countryside, whilst larger dinners for up to 500 guests would be accommodated in the Conference & Exhibition Suite. Our in house chefs source local produce wherever possible and can create a menu to suit your requirements - from canapés to gourmet dinners.
