Begin with breakfast and then enter the micro-brewery for a technical talk with resident head brewer. Spend the day learning the different stages of beer making before getting properly involved. Try mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast that make up a truly special brew. After the hard work, tuck in to a well-deserved pub lunch, accompanied by some of the brewhouse's best beers (including Lucky Sam, Secret Genius and Lindow Pete). Finish with a question and answer session and receive a five litre keg of beer to take home to share or keep all to yourself
