Bolton Whites Hotel, delivering good food in a great atmosphere is one of Whites’ main focuses. Whites’ newly re-opened Reflections Restaurant sets an ambience for any occasion, be it an intimate dinner for two followed by cocktails in the lounge, or a family celebration.

If you can imagine divinely tasty, beautifully presented cuisine prepared with incredible local ingredients and served up with a genuine passion, that is what Reflections offers. And while you’re salivating over your meal, you’ll also be wowed by the atmosphere. With fantastic views of the famous Reebok Stadium, the beautiful dining environment, soothing sounds and intimate booth-style seating, Reflections exudes a delicious feeling of warmth.

Reflections is open from 6pm in the evening until 10.00pm. The Brasserie Restaurant and Pure Bar are located within first floor of the hotel, and are open to both resident and non-resident guests alike. Whether a meeting-point before you head out, or a place to relax for the evening, we think you will agree that Pure Bar is an attractive setting for all your requirements. A choice of hot full English breakfast or a full continental option is available in The Brasserie from 7am until 10am and lunch is served until 2pm.
