Action Stations’ 275 seat state of the art auditorium has a digital projection system for Power Point and DVD operation complete with surround sound, radio microphones and lectern.

All our meeting room facilities are well equipped with modern AV equipment, which includes; projector, screen, laptop and a technician to make sure everything is set up and ready for when you arrive, if required, we also have 3 flip charts available for use at no extra charge. If required, our in-house technician can assist with any presentation downloads from memory stick to desktop and can make themselves available throughout the day should you require any further technical assistance during your time with us.

A large space is available adjacent to the auditorium which can be used for registration, group break out areas, product/promotional displays and catering. If our auditorium is too large for your needs, our stunning Horizons Suite can be hired for conferences, workshops and meetings for both half and full day hires. Our Horizons suite is fully equipped with a newly refurbished projector and screen and can hold between 20-120 theatre style (other set ups are available).

We offer Day Delegate packages with all our conference spaces.

For all events we offer the expertise of our on-site caterers who offer a wide selection of buffet style meals and beverages to accompany the event programme. The team provide an excellent professional service with an eye for detail and the flexibility you require when arranging and planning your event. The Events Manager will provide pre-planning advice and on the day co-ordination, whilst the Action Stations technical team will assist with your AV, sound and lighting requirements. Dinners & Parties

Combining an unusual historic venue with the outstanding atmosphere created by large modern interactive simulators, architectural lighting and sound makes Action Stations the perfect venue for a wide range of events and parties. We can cater for dinner parties for up to 250 guests with a large dance floor area and space for bar, band and disco.

Laser Quest

Action Stations has worked closely with the UK’s number 1 brand of laser tag to design a unique indoor adventure, set over 2 floors which represent the bridge of a hijacked container ship and a pirate stronghold.

The theme has been inspired by our action movie, Command Approved and will provide settings and challenges inspired by the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, with funky lighting effects, billowing smoke and a heart-pounding atmosphere. Laser Quest is an exhilarating experience for players of all ages.

Childrens Parties

Have a birthday party with as much Action as you can handle! Action Stations is the perfect place to hold your birthday party. We cater for ages 5 upwards and create a fun, safe and enjoyable environment that is the ideal venue for your party.

Opt for a Laser Quest party, each Laser Quest party includes a pin badge and certificate for all participants, free refreshments in the interval, individual score sheets and a special gift for the special person.

Team Challenges @ Action Stations

Participating in a selection of physical and mental challenges, delegates work in teams to develop communication, leadership and negotiation skills. Possible activities include piloting a Merlin helicopter, climbing a state of the art rotating climbing wall, paddling a canoe behind enemy lines, computer-based recognition, targeting and observation games.
