Enjoy a gentle horse ride through the ancient and idyllic woodlands of the New Forest National Park. Beginners are welcome. Start the day in the arena with a brief lesson which will cover all the basics and introduce rider to horse. Then it's time to saddle up and head out on the trail, which traverses open forest, tree lined avenues, fields of wild forest ponies, woodlands, and leafy glades. There'll be plenty of chances to spot herds of wild deer and, if lucky, one of the herds of highland cattle. Learn to ride in Western Saddle for a relaxed and easy riding experience.
