From a farm in Kent, take to the skies in a 1940s Boeing Stearman vintage aircraft and feel the exhilaration of flying an open cockpit biplane in this beautiful rebuilt classic. The Boeing Stearman was used as a primary training aircraft by the U.S army corps and U.S navy before and during WWII. Following a safety briefing when you arrive, head to the plane with the instructor and feel the rush of the wind as the plane lifts off the ground. Marvel at the views from the open cockpit. After explaining the controls and showing off some great moves, the pilot will, at his or her discretion, let you take over (if you're feeling brave) to find out what flying a vintage plane is really like
