Join us for a journey of mindfulness through Mandala Art and Calligraphy.

Experience an immersive day of calming creativity with two local artists, Ekta Mody and Laura Edralin who will be hosting this special retreat for people looking for a space to step back, connect and tap into their inner creativity.

In this transformative Mindful Art Day Retreat, as you immerse yourself in a day of creativity and mindfulness, you will learn various mindful art techniques of Mandala Art and Calligraphy and then combining the two together, you will create your own beautiful artwork to take home with you.

If you're new to art or mindfulness, fear not! Ekta & Laura will guide you every step of the way, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. You'll be working with a variety of materials, allowing you to explore your creativity and express yourself in a mindful way.

Held at the Linden House - a beautiful riverside location in Hammersmith, West London - in their stunning ballroom, this creative retreat experience includes vegetarian lunch (with vegan options), teas and coffees, weaved between mindful art sessions to find your flow.

About The Day

An overview of the day's schedule (times subject to change):
- 10:30 am - Welcome tea/coffee
- 11:00 am - Brush Pen Calligraphy Workshop
- 12:15 pm - Light lunch
- 12:45 pm - Mandala Art Workshop
- 2:00 pm - Final piece: bringing calligraphy + mandala art together
- 3:30pm - Retreat ends

...all with plenty of time for creative guidance, both as a group and 1:1.

Each ticket includes:
- Tea/coffees, light lunch
- Pens, materials, frame and personalised folders
