FAQs

Is Shoreditch too far if I’m coming from South London?

Not at all! Shoreditch is closer than you might think. It’s only about 16 minutes from London Bridge and around 30 minutes from Waterloo station via public transport, making it easily accessible from South London.

Will the Grinch be around the whole time?

The host will announce each of the Grinch’s appearances. He’ll show up periodically and only interact with those who approach him, keeping a respectful distance for children who may be uncomfortable. Families can enjoy the atmosphere with or without a Grinch encounter.

My child is nervous around mascots. Is this event suitable for us?

Absolutely! The Grinch will appear briefly and respect personal space, making it easy for children to enjoy the event without close mascot encounters.

Is there a place to park strollers/buggies?

Yes, we have a buggy station where you can safely park your stroller. We encourage parents of non-walkers to consider using slings to allow for easy movement around the event and on the dance floor.

Is there a bar available?

Yes, there is a licensed bar on site for adults.

Is there a dress code?

Festive and Christmas themed attire is encouraged! Whether you go all out in festive outfits or just add a little sparkle, dressing up adds to the fun. However, there’s no strict dress code. Come as you’re comfortable!
