STARTERS
Celeriac, white bean, tarragon velouté with parmesan crisp, apple chutney (vegan and gluten free)
Shoulder of lamb, lamb sweetbread terrine with sauce gribiche
Sisi my of salmon, Asian pickle, wasabi and pickle ginger, soya sesame vinaigrette
Goats Cheese bavarois, compressed watermelon, toasted pumpkin seeds, honey mustard dressing
MAIN DISHES
Black feathered Norfolk bronze Turkey, goose fat roasted potatoes, sauteed sprouts and pancetta, seasonal vegetables and turkey gravy (gluten free)
Pan fried duck breast, fondant potato, candied fennel, plum and walnut jus
Venison and velote bean ragu, slow cooked in juniper and tomato served with horseradish dumplings and sweet potato puree.
Artichoke wild mushroom and cranberry roast, with traditional Christmas garnish (vegan and gluten free)
DESSERTS
Traditional Christmas Pudding, served with almanac butter and calvados cream
Bittersweet salted caramel chocolate torte, with crème anglaise, brandy snap basket, macerated raspberries
