- Salmon Rillettes - Poached and smoked salmon mixed with crème fraiche and fresh herbs, served with toast and pickled cucumber slices.
- Grilled Figs And Prosciutto - Grilled figs wrapped in prosciutto, drizzled with a honey-balsamic glaze, and served with goat’s cheese.
