- Our take on this classic Canadian comfort food uses piled high fluffy fries, mozzarella and rich, umami gravy for a seriously crowd-pleasing plate. Scatter a choice of the chunks of cheese, Crispy bacon bits, Confit duck, in layers between your fries and smother with gravy for melty nuggets of cheesy goodness.
