The sand has reclaimed the land, kingdoms have crumbled, and now, under the blistering sun, the citizens of Big Town stand in long queues for their precious rations of water. Desperation drives them to invent machines that can extract every drop. Just when all hope seems lost, a mysterious foreign rain weaver arrives in their moving town. Through her ancient craft, she holds the key to their survival. But her solution comes at a great cost…
