I’ll walk you through different techniques and tips on how to outline, flood and detail some of my favourite cookie designs with my weapon of choice – royal icing!
At the end of the class, you’ll leave with not only your beautifully decorated cookies but also newfound skills and techniques that you can apply to your future baking endeavour’s.
