Starter
- Spring vegetable soup, courgette fritter, crème fraiche
- Poached salmon and dill tart, lemon and watercress
- Butternut squash and sage arancini, squash puree, sage crisps
- Smoked duck, blackberry and orange salad, pickled cucumber
Main Course
- Roast chicken supreme with a sage and shallot farce, chicken jus
- Pan seared fillet, prawn and langoustine bisque
- Mixed bean, sundried tomato and basil wellington, roast and tomato glaze
- Roast port cutlet, caramelised apple, garlic and onion stuffing, cider sauce
All served with roasted potatoes, mixed green vegetables and roast root vegetables
