Farmers on Christmas Lights Tour

The tractors are coming!

The Farmers on Christmas Lights Tour is back for another year in aid of Garden House Hospice Care, bringing wonderful festive cheer tractor-style a week before Christmas.

Up to 200 tractors and farm vehicles covered in festive lights and decorations will be driving though Baldock, Letchworth and Hitchin in a sight that is sure to put a smile on the faces of everyone.

Approximate timings

6:00pm - Baldock (High Street)

6:45pm - Letchworth (Eastcheap & Leys Avenue)

7:30pm - Hitchin (Hermitage Road, High Street, Market Place & Portmill Lane)

Donations

Community fundraising events like this go a long way to help the Hospice raise the money they need to be able to continue to provide free palliative care to the North Herts community.  They need to raise over £9,700 every day to fund their care - because of the rising costs of living, this is £2,000 more per day than 2 years ago. Every penny raised will really will help!

Volunteers will be visible with collection tins on the night, or you can donate through www.ghhospicecare.org.uk/donate, www.justgiving.com/campaign/xmastractors or by texting TRACTOR to 70460 to donate £5. Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.
