It’s our turn to cook this Christmas.

Join us for a Christmas day feast, full of all the classics that everyone will enjoy, as well as options for those that can’t stand sprouts.

Best of all, we’ll take care of the prep and the washing up, so all you need to bring is your cheer and enjoy a Christmas day to remember for the right reasons.

Arrive to a chilled glass of Ayala Champagne, crafted by the house of Bollinger, with delicious canapés followed by a luxury four-course lunch. The day would not be complete without a visit from Father Christmas himself.

- Hot smoked salmon prawns and dressed crab salad, toasted sourdough
- Glazed goats cheese, leek and potato terrine v heritage tomato concasse
- Fig, burrata and prosciutto tartine walnut and avocado salad
- Woodland mushroom, white port and tarragon soup v chive and chestnut crème fraiche
Mains
- ‘FYR’ fish grill grilled half lobster, salmon and queenie scallops spinach lyonnaise potatoes, garlic butter and lemon
- Herb butter roasted breast of turkey pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy
- Trio of fellside lamb pressed shoulder, fillet and mint croquette, pan jus and burnt onion
- Baked vegetable filo parcel v cranberry and wild mushrooms, creamy tomato sauce
All served with a selection of family winter vegetables, sprouts and cauliflower cheese
